On this post I’m featuring some lovely SVG files from

When uploading an SVG file, some items of the files are united and others not. Sometimes you want to adjust it and you can! Let me explain how to do this with your Cricut machine. If you have another machine, try the official website, or consult the
PCC Facebook group. I’m sure others will help you.
* Bij het uploaden van een SVG-bestand zijn sommige onderdelen van de bestanden samengevoegd en andere niet. Soms wil je het aanpassen en dat kan! Laat me uitleggen hoe je dit doet met je Cricut-machine. Als je een andere machine hebt, probeer dan de officiële website of raadpleeg de PCC Facebook-groep. Ik weet zeker dat anderen je zullen helpen.
Sometimes you also want to make two parts of one image. First you add a random shape (here a black square) bigger than the item you want separate. Select all the layers and the shape, and break it apart by clicking the ‘slice’ button. * Soms wil je ook een afbeelding in twee delen. Eerst voeg je een willekeurige vorm toe (hier een zwart vierkant) groter dan het item dat je in twee wil delen. Selecteer alle lagen en de vorm, en deel het door op de 'opsplitsen'-knop te klikken.
Now that all your images are sliced, you can work with them however you want. If you don’t need the extra layers that the slice tool created, just delete or hide them. * Nu je al je afbeeldingen hebt geknipt, kun je ermee werken zoals je zelf wil. Als je de extra lagen die het opsplitsen heeft gemaakt niet nodig hebt, verwijdert ze dan of verbergt ze gewoon.
You can
position the layers the way you want on the cutting mat too. * Je kan hierdoor ook de lagen op de snijmat plaatsen naar wens.
When you are ready to cut your materials (in this case vinyl), it’s time to prepare the jar. I used a surface cleaner to make the jar clean and grease-free. * Wanneer je klaar bent om je materialen (in dit geval vinyl) te snijden, is het tijd om de pot voor te bereiden. Ik gebuikte een oppervlaktereiniger om de pot schoon en vetvrij te maken.
Make sure your project surface is clean and dry. Carefully place all the cut out shape on the vinyl project like you want. Then press the transfer tape (with vinyl) firmly onto the surface, starting from the center and working out to the edges. Use a craft spatula or scraper. Proceed to peel off the transfer tape.
* Zorg ervoor dat de bokaal schoon en droog is. Plaats voorzichtig alle uitgesneden vormen op het viny zoals gewenst op je materiaal. Druk vervolgens de transfertape (met vinyl) stevig op het oppervlak, beginnend vanuit het midden en werkend naar de randen toe. Gebruik een spatel hiervoor. Vervolgens kan je de transfertape verwijderen.
Next, I did cut out a tag and some paper (I also used iridescent paper for the XOXO). As last step I did stick it on a shadow layer and attached the whole bundle to the tag with foam tape. * Vervolgens heb ik een tag uit papier gesneden (ik heb ook iriserend papier gebruikt voor de XOXO). Als laatste stap heb ik het op een schaduwlaag geplakt en met foamtape aan de tag bevestigd.

filled the jar with dog treats; ideal for a dog lover. * Natuurlijk vulde ik de pot met hondensnoepjes; ideaal voor een hondenliefhebber.
