Mixing Stationery Collections

Starting this week, I will make show some projects in collaboration with Nouksan.                        * Vanaf deze week, zal ik enkele werkjes tonen omwille van een toffe samenwerking met Nouksan.

Nouksan has a small Stationery shop and her illustrations are really beautiful.                        * Nouksan heeft een kleine stationery shop en haar illustraties zijn echt prachtig. 

I made this card with products from different collections (new and old) and after that I made a tag.                        * Ik maakte allereerst dit kaartje met producten van verschillende collecties (nieuw en oud). Na dat ik het kaartje maakte moest er natuurlijk ook een tag bij.

Snail Mail On The Way

Hello everyone, as usual I have another project ready for Carlijn Design.                        * Hallo allemaal, naar wekelijkse gewoonte heb ik opnieuw een projectje klaarstaan voor Carlijn Design.

 

This time it's a simple gift bag with a tag attached by means of a wax seal.                        * Deze keer is het een simpel cadeau zakje met een tag vastgemaakt door middel van een waxzegel.

 

            

NND Release MAY - Day 3: Birdhouse Greetings stamps & dies + Birdhouse Line Stencil

Today I’m celebrating the release of Newton's Nook Designs with a card featuring the new sweet birdhouse from the "Birdhouse Greetings" set.                        * Vandaag vier ik de release van Newton's Nook Designs met een kaart met het nieuwe lieve vogelhuisje uit de set "Birdhouse Greetings".

It's a lovely stamp set!                        * Het is een mooie stempel set!

Of course I wanted to create an envelope for the card. I stamped a sentiment on the back of the envelope.                        * Natuurlijk wilde ik een envelop voor de kaart maken. Op de achterkant van de envelop heb ik een tekst gestempeld.

On the front of the envelope I used the Birdhouse Line stencil.                        * Op de voorkant van de envelop heb ik het Birdhouse Line stencil gebruikt.

Here is how that looks, I really loved creating the background.                        * Hier is hoe dat eruit ziet, ik vond het erg leuk om de achtergrond te maken.

Jocelijne Release: November 2021 - HAPPY SNAILMAIL

Welcome back to my blog!! Here is the second blog post for the new release of Jocelijne Design. This time I show you the Happy Snailmail dies...                         * Welkom terug op mijn blog!! Hier is de tweede blogpost voor de nieuwe release van Jocelijne Design. Deze keer toon ik jullie de Happy Snailmail snijmallen...

I really like the complete new collection, but this one is secretly more my favorite. I love using the stamps from the set. You can stick a lot of other items in and thus make a special Christmas, special delivery, birthday card,....                         * Ik vind de gehele nieuwe collectie echt te leuk, maar deze is stiekem toch iets meer mijn favoriet. Ik hou er van om de postzegels van de set te gebruiken. Je kan er enorm veel andere items in plakken en dus een speciale kerst, speciale post of verjaardagskaart,... mee maken. 

On this card I also combined the stamps with the new Saint and Santa die set. I love how it turned out!                         * Op deze kaart combineerde ik dan ook de postzegels met de nieuwe Sint en Santa snijmal set. Ik vind hem echt super leuk geworden!

Happy Halloween Card and Treat Bag

Hello friends! Halloween is just around the corner, so it's the perfect time to create some fun Halloween projects.                    * Hallo iedereen! Halloween staat voor de deur, dus het is de ideale moment om leuke Halloween-projecten te maken.

This post is created for Newton's Nook Designs, so you will see a lot of their products represented.                    * Dit bericht is gemaakt voor Newton's Nook Designs, dus je zult veel van hun producten vertegenwoordigd zien.

First I created a treat bag. I used ThermOWeb Glitz Glitter Gel on with the Flying Bat stencil to create the pattern on the bag. For the treats on the tag I used a few elements from different Halloween stamp sets by Newton's Nook.                    * Allereerst maakte ik een traktatiezakje. Hiervoor gebruikte ik ThermOWeb Glitz Glitter Gel met de Flying Bat-stencil. Voor de snoepjes op de tag heb ik een paar kleinere elementen gebruikt uit verschillende Halloween-stempelsets van Newton's Nook.

I started out by coloring the adorable image of the kitty in the bat costume from the Batty Newton Stamp Set. Then I created a purple sky for the bat using distress inks. I added a moon into the sky and  added layers of clouds along the bottom.                    * Ik begon met het inkleuren van de schattige afbeelding van de kat in het vleermuiskostuum uit de Batty Newton Stamp Set. Daarna maakte ik een paarse lucht met distress-inkt. Ik voegde een maan aan de lucht toe en wolken aan de onderkant.

The whole scene is framed by a lime green frame with a scalloped edge that was cut using the Frames & Flags Die Set. This ties in perfectly with the green bat wings!                    * De hele scène wordt omlijst door een limoengroene lijst met een geschulpte rand die is uitgesneden met de Frames & Flags Die Set. Dit sluit perfect aan bij de groene vleermuisvleugels!

I added again ThermOWeb Glitz Glitter Gel with the Flying Bat stencil on top of the envelope flap. I finished the envelope by the adding the name (by cutting out letters and placing them on a ticket shape) and adding the stars and bat.                     * Ik voegde opnieuw de ThermOWeb Glitz Glitter Gel toe bovenop de envelopflap. Ik maakte de envelop af door de naam toe te voegen (de letters werden uitgesneden en op een labelvorm geplakt) en de sterren en vleermuis toe te voegen.
