Planner Week Inspiration

Hey everyone, today I have again something different made with the Els Brigé products. In this blog post you can see how I decorated some school items.                * Hallo iedereen, vandaag heb ik weer eens iets anders gemaakt met de Els Brigé producten. In deze blog post kan je zien hoe ik een aantal schoolartikelen versierde.

I came up with this idea because "Hema" (a shop) is doing a little challenge. They want us to decorate your most favorite school item and because school almost starts (in Belgium at least) I thought it would be fun to participate.                * Ik kwam met dit idee omdat "Hema" een kleine uitdaging doet. Ze willen dat we je je meest favoriete schoolartikelen versiert en omdat de school bijna terug begint (in België in ieder geval) vond ik het leuk om mee te doen.

I always love my sticky notes (I use tons of them). First I stamped out my flamingo and die cut the word 'Hallo' from soft pink paper. After blending dark till light blue background I went over it with glitter paste. The waves and the flamingo are perfect on it!!! Of course the 'Niet vergeten' (= don't forget in Dutch) couldn't be missing on a sticky note front page hihi.                * Ik super veel van mijn post it notes (ik gebruik honderden van hen). Eerst stempelde ik mijn flamingo uit en sneeds het woord 'Hallo' uit zacht roze papier. Nadat ik de donkere tot lichtblauwe achtergrond mengde ging ik er overheen met glitterpasta. De golven en de flamingo zijn een perfecte combinatie! Natuurlijk mocht de 'niet vergeten' op de post it notes niet missen hihi.

Of course I prepare my post a little from before, so this page was made a few weeks ago. If you look carefully I stamped out the Augustus word and the dates in orange on the planner. That week it was also the mother's day specifically for Antwerp and I had to visit my mother of course; so "Moeder" (= Mother in Dutch) was the word that fitted the most on that day.                * Natuurlijk bereid ik mijn bericht een beetje voor, dus dit project is al even geleden gemaakt. Als je er goed uitziet, zie je de Augustus en de datums in sinaasappel kleur op de agenda. Die week was het ook de moederdag specifiek voor Antwerpen en natuurlijk moest ik mijn moeder bezoeken; dus "Moeder" was het perfecte woord dat het meest paste op die dag was.

To make the sticky notes go perfectly with the planner I decided to return some elements; the flamingo a paper left over from the waves and the arrow this time with the year. It's perfectly designed to remember this week.                * Om de sticky notes perfect te doen passen bij de agenda, besloot ik om enkele elementen te doen wederkeren; De flamingo, stukje overschot van het zelgemaakte golfpapier en de pijl deze keer met het jaar. Het is perfect ontworpen om deze week te onthouden.
