First Card of the New Year

This year I want to start the year with lots of love and thank my friends to be there when needed.                        * Dit jaar wil ik het jaar starten met heel veel liefs en wil ik mijn vrienden bedanken om daar te zijn wanneer nodig.

More Adorable Chocolate Boxes

Today I want to show some more creation, that I didn't show on my blog yet.                        * Vandaag wil ik nog enkele werkjes tonen die ik nog niet op mijn blog liet zien.

First of all, I would like to show you another chocolate box that is a little more in the Christmas spirit. I made this box for Carlijn Design. Here you can find more information about how I made it and here about the products I used specifically on this box here.                        * Allereerst toon ik graag nog een doosje dat nog iets meer in de kerstsfeer zit. Dit chocolade doosje maakte ik voor Carlijn Design. Je kan hier meer informatie vinden van hoe ik het maakte en hier over de producten die ik specifiek op dit doosje gebruikte.

Last Minute Christmas and New Year Gift or Decoration Idea’s

What I like to do is using an oven mitt to decorate the kitchen.                        * Wat ik graag doe, is een ovenwant gebruiken om de keuken te versieren.

They are also cute to put some gifts in if you have a baker in the family.                        * Ze zijn ook leuk om wat cadeautjes in te doen als je een bakker in de familie hebt.

If you use the oven mitt as a gift, it’s also fun to fill it with a decorative spoon.                        * Als je de ovenwant als cadeau gebruikt, is het ook leuk om hem te vullen met een decoratieve lepel.

Let’s move on to the New Year idea’s. I found this pretty shaker glass/mug in a dollar store. I was Immediately sold!                        * Laten we verder gaan met de nieuwjaarsideeën. Ik vond dit mooie schudglas/mok in de Action. Ik was meteen verkocht!

What could be better that a New Year’s wish on that mug? You can fill the mug with snacks or even a gift card. I’m sure it will be a success anyway.                        * Wat is er mooier dan een nieuwjaarswens op de mok te te plaatsen? Je kunt de mok vullen met snacks of zelfs een cadeaubon. Ik weet zeker dat het in ieder geval een succes wordt.

Sometimes you can also buy cute soaps during celebrations. That’s how I found these soap stars/Christmas ornaments.                        * Soms kun je tijdens feesten ook leuke zeepjes kopen. Zo vond ik deze zeepsterren/kerstbal.

These small, cute gadgets are really great as gifts for your colleague’s. They can even replace a card.                        * Deze kleine, schattige gadgets zijn echt leuk als cadeau voor je collega's. Ze kunnen zelfs een kaart vervangen.

Chocolate Christmas Socking Stuffer

Today I made another nice project for Carlijn Design.                        * Vandaag heb ik nog een leuk projectje gemaakt voor Carlijn Design.

They are chocolate boxes with a Christmas message.                        * Het zijn chocoladedoosjes met een kerstboodschap.

1. First I cut out the "Mini Slimline doosje Tony reep" twice. And cut away some flaps. I also punched out a small hole in the center of the box on both sides.                        * 1. Allereerst sneed ik 2x het "Mini Slimline doosje Tony reep" uit. En knipte ik enkele flapjes weg. Ik drukte ook aan beide kanten een klein gaatje in het midden van de doos.

2. I applied double-sided tape to the sides.                        * 2. Op de zijkantjes kleefde ik dubbelzijdige tape.

3. I placed the chocolate between a ribbon.                        * 3. Ik legde het chocolaatje tussen een lint.

4. Then I put the chocolate together with the ribbon in the homemade box and pulled the ribbon through the hole.                        *  4. Vervolgens stopte ik de chocolade samen het lint in het zelfgemaakte doosje en trok ik het lint door het gaatje.

Of course I decorated the outside of the boxes. I use various dies for this, but also hot foil plates from Carlijn Designs.                        * Natuurlijk decoreerde ik de buitenkant van de doosjes. Hiervoorgebruikte ik verschillende snijmallen, maar ook hot foil platen van Carlijn Designs.

The Cutest Birthday Box

Welcome back to my blog! Today I have an other fun gift box made with the 'knuffel kaart' sets from Carlijn DesignCarlijn Design.                        * Welkom terug op mijn blog! Vandaag heb ik weer een leuke cadeaubox gemaakt met de 'knuffelkaarten' sets van Carlijn DesignCarlijn Design.

Instead of making Christmas boxes, today it is more of a birthday or spring.                        * In plaats van dat ik een kerst doosjes maakte is het vandaag eerder een verjaardags- of lentedoos.

I also thought it was super funny and fun to make the back of the beer, with the message to open the box quickly.                        * Ik vond het ook super grappig en leuk om de achterkant van de beer te maken, met de boodschap rap de doos te openen.

Schattige Knuffelkaart Doos

Hey hey, I made this box with my new acquisition, the 'knuffel kaart' sets from Carlijn Design. The set is a bit older, but it is certainly fun as there are many new items...                        * Hey hey, dit doosje maakte ik met mijn nieuwe aanwinst de 'knuffelkaart' sets van Carlijn Design. De set is al wat ouder maar zeker even leuk als heel wat nieuwe items...

I decorated the bottom with 'Happy Holidays' hot foil and cutting dies and the word 'fine' comes from the 'Beautiful People Christmas' stamps cut out with the 'Nutcracker Christmas' cutting dies.                        * De onderkant versierde ik met een 'prettige feestdagen' hot foil en snijmallen en het woord fijne komt van de 'Mooie Mensen Kerst' stempels uitgesneden met de 'Notenkrakers kerst' snijmallen.

I absolutely love these nice sets, you will see another nice box on Monday.                        * Ik ben helemaal weg van deze leuke sets, maandag zien jullie opnieuw een leuk doosje. 

 

More Christmas ATC's

Today I'm showing you another nice range of ATC cards made for Carlijn Design.                        * Vandaag toon ik jullie weer een leuk assortiment aan ATC kaartjes die gemaakt zijn voor Carlijn Design.

Fist ATC cards with Wax Seals, Hot Foil and Glitter

It's still a bit busy at work, on top of that I also got a bit sick this weekend. This makes it difficult to put all my cards into one blog post. However, this is one of my favorite projects of this year. You can find more details on my Instagram page.                        * Op mijn werk is het nog een beetje druk, daarbovenop ben ik ook een beetje ziek geworden dit weekend. Hierdoor lukt het niet goed om al mijn kaartjes in een blog post te gieten. Nochtans is dit een van mijn favoriete werkjes van dit jaar. Jingle all the Way

Hello everyone, this is the second blog post of today. Here I show two cards for Carlijn Design.                        * Hallo iedereen, dit is de tweede blog post van vandaag. Hier toon ik twee kaartjes voor Carlijn Design.

Have you seen these nice bell die set yet? It's really a cool set ("Jolly Jingles 2" from Jocelijne Design).                        * Hebben jullie deze leuke bel snijmallen al gezien? Het is echt een toffe set ("Jolly Jingles 2" van Jocelijne Design). 

You can not only make nice Christmas cards, but also wedding, anniversary, communion,...                        * Je kan niet alleen leuke kerstkaartjes maken maar ook trouw, jubileum, communie,... 

Next year I will be married for 5 years, so I had to record that.                        * Volgend jaar ben ik 5 jaar getrouwd en dat moest ik dus vast leggen.

Of course you can just make Christmas cards with it.                        * Natuurlijk kan je er gewoon kerstkaartjes met maken. 

I used special colors here that could be used for an Easter card too.                        * Ik gebruikte hier speciaal kleurtjes die ook zouden kunnen gebruikt worden voor een paaskaart.

Rainbow Glitter ATC

Hello everyone, today I want to show you another nice mini project with Carlijn Design products (to see the supplies check my Instagram page).                        * Hallo allemaal, vandaag wil ik jullie weer een leuk mini projectje tonen met Carlijn Design producten (om de volledige benodigdheden te zien, bekijk mijn Instagram pagina). 

On KreaDoe I saw Creametjudith give a pretty ATC card with a matching mini envelope. I thought that was such a fun idea!! So this weekend I started creating and this is the result...                        * Bij KreaDoe zag ik Creametjudith een mooie ATC-kaart geven met een bijpassende mini-envelop. Dat vond ik zo’n leuk idee!! Dit weekend begon ik te maken en dit is het resultaat...

Carlijn Mini Release: Sinterklaas

Today we celebrate a small mini release from Carlijn Design. She has a pretty wax seal and wax melts release, in the theme of Saint Nicholas.                        * Vandaag vieren we een kleine mini-release van Carlijn Design. Ze heeft een leuke waxzegel en waxmelts release, in thema van de Sint.

Sparkling Christmas Owl Card

It's Monday and then you always have a fun post for Carlijn Design. It has been a busy period, so I mainly showed these projects on my Instagram, so from today I will try to write a blog post every Monday again.                        * Het is maandag en dan toon in jullie altijd zo'n leuke post voor Carlijn Design. Het is even een drukke periode geweest waardoor ik deze projectjes vooral op mijn Instagram toonde, vanaf vandaag probeer ik dus elke maandag opnieuw een blog post te schrijven.

In the picture above you see the card I made with the cute owls. The picture below shows a coordinating tag.                        * Hierboven zien jullie alvast het kaartje dat ik maakte met de leuke uiltjes. Onderstaande foto toont ook een passende tag.

Halloween Ice Cream

I’ve been having a lot of fun making these ice cream cards. I've shared animal, summer and winter ice creams and now Halloween popcicles.                        * Ik heb met veel plezier deze ijskaartjes gemaakt. Ik heb dieren-, zomer- en winterijsjes gedeeld en nu Halloween-ijsjes.

With this card I also share inspiration for the Carlijn Design challenge, which you can participate in the Facebook group.                        * Met dit kaartje deel ik ook inspiratie voor de Carlijn Design challenge, die je kan meedoen in de Facebookgroep.

I used the ice creams from the "Popsicle Smiles" together with the "Let's Party!" dies. For the sprinkles on the ice creams I used "Happy Snailmail", "Gnome set 2 Party" and "Bloemetje". The pumpkins come from other sets.                        * Ik gebruikte de ijsjes van de "Popsicle Smiles" samen met de "Let's Party!" snijmallen. Voor de sprinkels op de ijsjes gebruikte ik "Happy Snailmail", "Gnome set 2 Feest" en "Bloemetje". De pompoentjes komen van een andere sets.

Because I gave the ice cream the colors of a candy corn, I think I might as well us it a candy corn! You get this idea for free 😉.                        * Doordat ik het ijsje de kleuren gaf van een candycorn, besefte ik dat ik er evengoed een candycorn van kan maken! Je krijgt dit idee er dus gratis bij 😉.

Of course I also want to make a third ice cream, which I finally attached to a tag "Mini Slimline tags".                        * Natuurlijk wil ik ook een derde ijsje maken, dat ik uiteindelijk bevestigde op een tag "Mini Slimline tags".
