More Adorable Chocolate Boxes

Today I want to show some more creation, that I didn't show on my blog yet.                        * Vandaag wil ik nog enkele werkjes tonen die ik nog niet op mijn blog liet zien.

First of all, I would like to show you another chocolate box that is a little more in the Christmas spirit. I made this box for Carlijn Design. Last Minute Christmas and New Year Gift or Decoration Idea’s

What I like to do is using an oven mitt to decorate the kitchen.                        * Wat ik graag doe, is een ovenwant gebruiken om de keuken te versieren.

They are also cute to put some gifts in if you have a baker in the family.                        * Ze zijn ook leuk om wat cadeautjes in te doen als je een bakker in de familie hebt.

If you use the oven mitt as a gift, it’s also fun to fill it with a decorative spoon.                        * Als je de ovenwant als cadeau gebruikt, is het ook leuk om hem te vullen met een decoratieve lepel.

Let’s move on to the New Year idea’s. I found this pretty shaker glass/mug in a dollar store. I was Immediately sold!                        * Laten we verder gaan met de nieuwjaarsideeën. Ik vond dit mooie schudglas/mok in de Action. Ik was meteen verkocht!

What could be better that a New Year’s wish on that mug? You can fill the mug with snacks or even a gift card. I’m sure it will be a success anyway.                        * Wat is er mooier dan een nieuwjaarswens op de mok te te plaatsen? Je kunt de mok vullen met snacks of zelfs een cadeaubon. Ik weet zeker dat het in ieder geval een succes wordt.

Sometimes you can also buy cute soaps during celebrations. That’s how I found these soap stars/Christmas ornaments.                        * Soms kun je tijdens feesten ook leuke zeepjes kopen. Zo vond ik deze zeepsterren/kerstbal.

These small, cute gadgets are really great as gifts for your colleague’s. They can even replace a card.                        * Deze kleine, schattige gadgets zijn echt leuk als cadeau voor je collega's. Ze kunnen zelfs een kaart vervangen.

Chocolate Christmas Socking Stuffer

Today I made another nice project for Carlijn Design.                        * Vandaag heb ik nog een leuk projectje gemaakt voor Carlijn Design.

They are chocolate boxes with a Christmas message.                        * Het zijn chocoladedoosjes met een kerstboodschap.

1. First I cut out the "Mini Slimline doosje Tony reep" twice. And cut away some flaps. I also punched out a small hole in the center of the box on both sides.                        * 1. Allereerst sneed ik 2x het "Mini Slimline doosje Tony reep" uit. En knipte ik enkele flapjes weg. Ik drukte ook aan beide kanten een klein gaatje in het midden van de doos.

2. I applied double-sided tape to the sides.                        * 2. Op de zijkantjes kleefde ik dubbelzijdige tape.

3. I placed the chocolate between a ribbon.                        * 3. Ik legde het chocolaatje tussen een lint.

4. Then I put the chocolate together with the ribbon in the homemade box and pulled the ribbon through the hole.                        *  4. Vervolgens stopte ik de chocolade samen het lint in het zelfgemaakte doosje en trok ik het lint door het gaatje.

Of course I decorated the outside of the boxes. I use various dies for this, but also hot foil plates from Carlijn Designs.                        * Natuurlijk decoreerde ik de buitenkant van de doosjes. Hiervoorgebruikte ik verschillende snijmallen, maar ook hot foil platen van Carlijn Designs.

Cutest Christmas Soap Dispenser

Hi, today I'm taking over the PCC blog again. On their blog I have an easy and quick project with the theme of Christmas SVG Crafting!                        * Hallo, vandaag neem ik de PCC-blog opnieuw over. Op hun blog heb ik een eenvoudig en snel project met als thema Kerst SVG Crafting!

Mini Christmas Shaker Cards

Christmas will be here before you know it and if you haven’t started making your Christmas cards yet, now is the perfect time to get started. I’m sharing how to create mini Christmas Shaker Cards on the Newton's Nook Designs blog.                        * Voordat je het weet is het Kerstmis en als je nog niet bent begonnen met het maken van je kerstkaarten,dan is het zeker nu de perfecte moment om te beginnen. How to Make a Light Box

Hi crafty friends! I decided to create a light box using the “Sleigh All Day” SVG File from Printable Cuttable Creatables.                        * Hallo creatievelingen! Ik besloot een lichtbak te maken met het SVG-bestand "Sleigh All Day" van Printable Cuttable Creatables.

What do you need:                        * Wat heb je nodig:

• A wooden box with open front / Een houten kist met open voorkant.
• Star Foil/3D Foil / Sterfolie/3D-foli
• Mini lights/craft lights / Minilampen/knutsellampen
• A mini wood drill / Een kleine houtboor
• A hot glue gun / Een heet lijmpistool
• Double sided tape / Dubbelzijdige tape
• Tape / Plakband
• A Cutting machine that can cut the “Sleigh All Day” SVG File / Een snijmachine die het SVG-bestand "Sleigh All Day" kan snijden
• Vinyl / Vinyl
• Transfer tape / Transfer tape 

Now onto the tutorial:                        * Nu verder met de tutorial:

1. Drill a hole in the box (or ask your husband like I did). This is a hole through which the lights must go true.                        * Boor een gaatje in de doos (of vraag het aan je man zoals ik deed). Dit is een gaatje waar de lichten doorheen moeten gaan.
2. Push the lights true the hole and glue the battery holder to the back of the box with your glue gun.                        * Duw de lampjes tot in het gaatje en lijm de batterijhouder met je lijmpistool aan de achterkant van de doos.

1. I secured the lights in the box with tape. I also used double sided tape on the edge of the box. The 3D foil is I fastened with the double-sided tape.                        * De lampjes in de doos heb ik met tape vastgemaakt. Ik heb ook dubbelzijdig tape op de rand van de doos gebruikt. De 3D folie heb ik vastgeplakt met die dubbelzijdig tape.
2. 4. As a final step I positioned the design on the 3D foil.                         * Als laatste stap plaatste ik het ontwerp op de 3D-folie.

 The 3D foil ensures that the lights look like stars. It’s super magical! For sure with that Santa in a sleigh on top.                         * De 3D-folie zorgt ervoor dat de lampjes op sterren lijken. Het is supermagisch! Zeker met die Kerstman in een slee er bovenop.

Schattige Knuffelkaart Doos

Hey hey, I made this box with my new acquisition, the 'knuffel kaart' sets from Carlijn Design. The set is a bit older, but it is certainly fun as there are many new items...                        * Hey hey, dit doosje maakte ik met mijn nieuwe aanwinst de 'knuffelkaart' sets van Carlijn Design. De set is al wat ouder maar zeker even leuk als heel wat nieuwe items...

I decorated the bottom with 'Happy Holidays' hot foil and cutting dies and the word 'fine' comes from the 'Beautiful People Christmas' stamps cut out with the 'Nutcracker Christmas' cutting dies.                        * De onderkant versierde ik met een 'prettige feestdagen' hot foil en snijmallen en het woord fijne komt van de 'Mooie Mensen Kerst' stempels uitgesneden met de 'Notenkrakers kerst' snijmallen.

I absolutely love these nice sets, you will see another nice box on Monday.                        * Ik ben helemaal weg van deze leuke sets, maandag zien jullie opnieuw een leuk doosje.

I did used the new Color Sync panel on Cricut so the tags matched colors. Did you know that Cricut Design Space has a Color Sync panel? It helps you to match colors or easily combine colors to reduce the number of different materials you plan to use. You can easily use it by dragging dropping images in the Color Sync panel! So I didn't put it in a photo tutorial simply because it's easy to use. You can make the most beautiful coordinating projects like these tags.                        * Ik heb het nieuwe Color Sync-paneel op Cricut gebruikt, zodat de tags qua kleuren overeenkwamen. Wist u dat Cricut Design Space een Color Sync-paneel heeft? Het helpt u kleuren op elkaar af te stemmen of eenvoudig kleuren te combineren, zodat u minder verschillende materialen hoeft te gebruiken. U kunt het eenvoudig gebruiken door afbeeldingen naar het Color Sync-paneel te slepen! Ik zette het dus niet in een foto tutorial, gewoonweg omdat het makkelijk te gebruiken is. Je kan hiermee de mooiste samenhangende projectjes met maken zoals deze tags.
