As you may already know, you can support charity if you purchase the items with the name "Pink Ribbon". I wanted to use the two buttons with the pink ribbon (as you probably know it’s the symbol to show support for people with cancer). Since both buttons have the color white and pink I wanted to continue these colors. I quickly found a suitable flower from the "Ranonkel" stamp set. I stamped one flower with white embossing powder on rose paper and stamped the other flower with pink ink on white paper. * Ik wilde de twee buttons met het roze lint (zoals jullie waarschijnlijk wel weten is dat het symbool om steun te betuigen voor mensen met kanker). Aangezien beide buttons de kleur wit en roze hebben wilde ik deze kleuren verder zetten. Ik vond al snel een passende bloem van de "Ranonkel" stempel set. Één bloem stempelde ik met wit embossingpoeder op roos papier en de andere bloem stempelde ik met roze inkt op wit papier.
To glue the flowers down, I used my glue gun. I used that tool because it will stick much better, so it can take a little bit of beating. * Verder gebruikte ik mijn lijmpistool om alles vast te lijmen. Ik gebruikte dat gereedschap omdat het dan veel beter blijft plakken en beter tegen een stootje kan.
The end result is simple and elegant. * Het eindresultaat is simpel en elegant.
