Hello crafty chicks!! Previous week on Monday I had my last blog post as guest on the Newton's Nook Design blog. There I told that the card would be send to a lucky person. Before calling out the winner, I would first like to share another card made for the Newton's Nook Challenge.                  * Hallo creatievelingen!! Vorige week op maandag had ik mijn laatste blog post als gast op de Newton's Nook Design blog. Daar vertelde ik dat de kaart zou worden weggegeven aan één gelukkige persoon. Alvorens de winnaar uit te roepen wil ik eerst nog een kaart tonen die ik maakte voor de Newton's Nook uitdaging.

 

I just love the new boo-tiful-night stamp set and of course I had to make a Halloween card with this one. (pssst... next week there will be another card made with this set).                  * Ik hou gewoon van de nieuwe boo-tiful-night stempel set en natuurlijk moest ik een Halloweenskaart hiermee maken. (Pssst ... volgende week is er nog een kaart gemaakt met deze set).

I think Mary is so lucky to live in a place where she can see lot animals. Although I live in a more natural environment the only animals we can see are birds, squirrels and cats from neighbors lol. Mary I saw you don't have a blog, but found out you have a facebook page, please check your messages because I will contact you there for address information.                  * Ik denk dat Mary enorm veel geluk heeft om op een plek te wonen met veel diertjes in de buurt. Hoewel ik in een meer natuurlijke omgeving woon, zijn de enige dieren die ik zie vogels, eekhoorns en katten van de buren lol.

Scraplings

 

ENG: Hi, everyone! Before this week ends I like to show you 3 happy cards I made for my school friends. I knew I would make these cards, but when I suddenly saw a challenge on 'cards and scrap' to make scraplings, I was inspired.NL: Hey iedereen! Voor deze week eindigt zou ik jullie graag 3 vrolijke kaartjes tonen, die ik maakte voor enkele schoolvrienden. Ik wist dat ik deze kaartjes wilde maken, maar toen ik de wedstrijd op 'cards and scrap' zag om scraplings te maken, was ik meteen geïnspireerd.

ENG: I never hear about scraplings... but scraplings are just tiny & small cards. It was a big challenge to make card on this small area. Now I really love the bright colors and like how they turned out.

NL: Ik had nog nooit gehoord van de term scraplings... maar scraplings zijn simpelweg kleine smalle kaartjes. Het was echt een uitdaging om op deze kleien oppervlakte een kaartje te maken. Toch hou ik van deze heldere kleurtjes en ben ik blij met het resultaat.
