First Card of the New Year

This year I want to start the year with lots of love and thank my friends to be there when needed.                        * Dit jaar wil ik het jaar starten met heel veel liefs en wil ik mijn vrienden bedanken om daar te zijn wanneer nodig. 

I made this card with some products from Carlijn Design.                        * Ik maakte dit kaartje met enkele producten van Carlijn Design. 

Mini Christmas Shaker Cards

Christmas will be here before you know it and if you haven’t started making your Christmas cards yet, now is the perfect time to get started. I’m sharing how to create mini Christmas Shaker Cards on the Newton's Nook Designs blog.                        * Voordat je het weet is het Kerstmis en als je nog niet bent begonnen met het maken van je kerstkaarten,dan is het zeker nu de perfecte moment om te beginnen. Ik deel op de Newton's Nook Designs-blog hoe je mini-kerst-shakerkaarten maakt.

I used their special shaker dies.                        * Ik gebruikte hun speciale shaker snijmallen.

NND SEPTEMBER Release - Day 4: Additional Project

 Hi there! Today we're sharing an additional project for the Newton's Nook Designs. Of coure  I did want to make an other card with the "Halloween Apothecary" stamp set and the "Labels Hot Foil Plate".                        * Hoi! Vandaag delen we een extra project voor de Newton's Nook Designs. Natuurlijk wilde ik nog een kaart maken met de stempelset "Halloween Apothecary" en de "Labels Hot Foil Plate".

NND SEPTEMBER Release - Day 1: Halloween Apothecary Stamps, Labels, Spooky Sentiments & Spiderweb Hot Foil Plates

Welcome, to our super-scarry and extraordinarily  Newton's Nook Designs Halloween release.                        * Welkom bij onze supergriezelige en buitengewone Newton's Nook Designs Halloween-release.

Today we have a whole range of products ready for you. First of all, we have the "Labels" Hot Foil Plates and dies and the "Halloween Apothecary" stamp set.                        * Vandaag hebben we al een hele resem aan producten die voor jullie klaar staan. Allereerst hebben we de " Labels" Hot Foil Plates en snijmallen en vervolgens ook de "Halloween Apothecary" stampel set.

We don't have only the "Halloween Apothecary" hot foil plate but also the "Spiderweb" and the "Spooky Sentiments" Hot Foil Plates.                        * We hebben niet alleen de Hot Foil Plate "Halloween Apothecary", maar ook de Hot Foil Plates "Spiderweb" en de "Spooky Sentiments".

Here you can see the Spiderweb Tonic jar. My husband should watch out, because he likes gin tonic. Before he knows it, he get this presented to go along with it.                        * Hier zie je de Spiderweb Tonic-pot. Mijn man moet oppassen, want hij houdt van gin-tonic. Voordat hij het weet, krijgt hij dit erbij gepresenteerd.

Thirst Quenching Cards using Transfer Flock

Hi there, today I’m sharing a card and tag featuring lots of products form ThermOWeb. Coffee Shaker

Today I created this sweet shaker card using Newton's Nook Designs products.                       * Vandaag heb ik deze zoete shaker-kaart gemaakt met behulp van Newton's Nook Designs-producten.

First I colored the illustrations with my Copic Markers.                       * Allereerst kleurde ik de illustries met mijn Copic Markers.

Dark brown/Donker bruin: E79, E47, E74

Brown/Bruin: E18, E17, E15, E13

Beige/Beige: E53, E51, E50

Teal/Appelblauwzeegroen: BG34, BG32, BG11

Dark teal/Donker appelblauwzeegroen: BG29, BG09, BG49, BG15

Pink/Roze: RV25, RV14, RV13

Green/Groen: G99, YG63, YG17, YG25, YG03

First I did cut 3 times the second largest frame from the A7 Frames & Banner die set (out of pattern paper, white paper and foam adhesive).                       * Eerst heb ik 3 keer het op één na grootste frame uit de A7 Frames & Banner stansset gesneden (uit patroonpapier, wit papier en 3Dfoam).

Stick the foam adhesive frame on top of a card base and place the pattern paper in the open spaces. 

Next you add the shaker material. Then you cut a transparency as lage as the frame fullsized frame with the 3 wholes. As last step you stick the transparency on top of the foam adhesive frame and put the white frame on top of the clear acetate.                       * Plak het 3D foam op een kaartbasis en plaats het patroonpapier in de open ruimtes. Vervolgens gebruik je schudmateriaal. Daarna snijd je een transparant zo groot als de volledige grootte van de frame met de 3 gaten. Als laatste stap plak je de transparant op de 3D foam en plaats je het witte frame op de transparant.

Now you can decorate the shaker with the colored images.                       * Nu kun je de shaker versieren met de gekleurde afbeeldingen.

With a big image like this you can make a shaker card. How fun is that?                       * Met zo'n grote afbeelding kan je een schudkaart maken. Hoe leuk is dat?
